The role will involve working across a diverse range of sectors and projects, including both new build developments and retrospective fire strategies for existing buildings. You’ll gain experience delivering technically challenging solutions while collaborating with a supportive and experienced team.
The Role- Producing fire strategies for new build and existing buildings
- Supporting retrospective fire safety assessments and remediation projects
- Working on projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, and education sectors
- Liaising with clients, design teams, and approval authorities
- Assisting with fire engineering calculations and technical reports
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
- Degree qualified in Fire Engineering or a related discipline
- Previous experience within a fire engineering consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and guidance
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
